What happens if I received the wrong size, or I don't like the item 

At Connie’s Closet we are constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. We do not guarantee exchanges on any merchandise. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. If you would like to return an item, please follow our normal return policy. We will issue you a credit once your return has been processed. Please note credit may take up to 7 business days depending on your financial institution.

How can I check the status of my order

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information.

What type of payments does Connie’s Closet accept

My order never arrived (Lost or Stolen Shipment) what should I do 

Unfortunately, Connie’s Closet is not responsible for lost shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.

What if my Items are damaged upon arrival

Please email us within 72 hours. Please be prepared to provide photographic evidence of the damage you experienced and we’ll take it from there. You should hear back from us within 30 days of receiving your item.
